Defense attorney Adam Weiner and prosecutor Lisette Suder agreed to a Jan. 28, 2013, pre-preliminary with a preliminary hearing two days later. The dates were set and the short hearing was over.
Schwartzler is charged with two counts of attempted murder of Jerry Wade Stinson and Kathleen Leigh Owens on Aug. 9, a special allegation of a discharge of a firearm for both counts, a count of residential burglary of a residence on Wild Lilac Drive in Greenwood and a count of shooting at an inhabited building.
