The question remains, how much foot traffic uses that bridge? 10 people/day? 100 people/day? Quantifiable analysis vs theoretical subjectivity is the point.

W & Evelyn. You’re thinking of the Bedford Avenue bridge which was rebuilt and retrofitted as part of the Highway 50 improvements. This is the Coloma Street to the Center Street parking structure which has had no improvements in many, many years.

Bill, how do you think the people on the north side of the freeway with no means of transportation, other than their feet, get to downtown? Besides, State and Federal law has Seismic standards that have to be put into place.
