But he gets his name in the paper. If you look at the young men who have killed more than 2 people due to psychosis, not one would have fallen into this category. Mr. Gaines should focus on our misinterpreted LPS law, and implementing AB1421. Note the age of most of the shooters–over 18, and therefore their parents have no ability to get them protective care. What will it take for Ted Gaines and others to get it, a preschool shooting?
