We drove from Rocklin to see the parade. There were no signs, nothing on the web site, no signs even taped to the door of the paper.
It was obviously a wet day, but we did read a couple articles talking about how the parade was to happen “rain or shine”, and reported it happening in driving rain.
The headline at the top of this page, being there TODAY, is less than helpful.
