Last minute filing on an extended deadline turned up three qualified candidates for the two open Placerville City Council seats on the November ballot: George Lowry, Carol Patton and Tricia Wilkins.

All are Placerville residents. According to his candidate statement, Lowry is 58 and listed his occupation as assistant chief of telecommunications. He has a candidate’s Website at Lowry4council.com.
Carol Patton is a former Placerville planning commissioner and owner of Placerville Clothing, now out of business. She listed her age as 54 and her occupation as administrative assistant on her candidate statement.
Trisha Wilkins, 33, listed her occupation as homemaker in the candidate statement. She has a candidate’s Website at ElectTrishaWilkins.com.
Elections will be held on Nov. 6.
