Tucker was appointed to the board in June 2011 after a previous board member resigned. He is running for a full four-year term. Clarke decided not to run after serving on the board for 10 years.
Vicky Neibauer and Joe Thuesen are newcomers and are running for the first time.
All three candidates are well qualified and would bring a different personality and skill set to the board: Tucker, the genial title company manager; Thuesen, the ebullient fire and emergency services supervisor; and Neibauer, the collaborator and senior budget analyst.
