A 19-year-old Placerville woman currently studying at UC Davis has disappeared from Sacramento.
Linnea Lomax was last seen at about 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon in the 800 block of Howe Avenue, a press release from Sacramento County Sheriff’s Spokesman Jason Ramos announced.
Lomax is considered “at-risk” because her disappearance is “inconsistent with her normal behavior patterns,” Ramos wrote.
She is described as “white female, 5-feet-2-inches tall and weighing approximately 100 pounds. She has long, blonde hair and blue eyes.” According to the Facebook page set up to find her, she was wearing flip-flops, green skinny jeans and a black hoodie with “Sweden” in red letters on it.
Anyone with any information on Lomax’ whereabouts is urged to to call the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department at (916) 874-5115.
Friends and family have set up a Facebook page, as well, which can be found at www.facebook.com/HelpFindLinnea. The latest update came Thursday morning, where a search group was gathering at the Safeway on Howe Avenue and Fair Oaks Boulevard.
