Wow what I heard about this county is right. It appears you are as ignorant as your county is corrupt.
So Dumb*** I will explain in small words so you understand. Since Mr. Waters was found guilty of this crime, that if El Dorado county doesn’t prosecute the prostitue, (Read the article above), then it will prove what is being said about the corruption of el dorado county.

She admitted under oath to making a deal in exchange for non payment. According to the DA in the article above that constitutes PROSTITUTION. If this corrupt town doesn’t prosecute her then all residents should be scared of having the same charges as someone else but only some will get prosecuted. I hope people in this backward corrupt county figure it out before it is too late. If not kharma is a b****. Like I said before this is just my opinion. BTW you spelled loser wrong.

It is my opinion that if Mr. Waters was convicted of prostitution then we should shortly see her conviction for prostitution soon. Otherwise it proves that the law enforcement (aka corupt detectives) and the corrupt El Dorado County District Attorneys offce is showing their true bias against Mr. Waters. At which point if I was a resident of El Dorado county I would want truth and justice to be what my county is known for. Not corruption and power hungry good ol boy CORRUPT law enforcement. I Would demand that the county follow the law for all people. The prostitute should get time for prostitution and time for felony drug related DUI. Otherwise, I would demand cop and attorney firings with no pensions. Once you become corrupt you should forfeit all the perks that society has offered.
