They would like you to believe that some lone fisherman named David Nicholls just stumbled across stream contamination related to the site. The reality is that David Nicholls father Ernie was a longtime employee of the County Department of Transportation.

The County was on a Witch Hunt from the start. While the owners may not have been in full compliance, property owners in this day and age need to be on guard with the heavy and high-handedness of Government and the desire of Government employees to Confiscate peoples property.

They primarily do this these days through using trumped up, unverified, exhorbitant Environmental Fines that no property owner can afford to pay or defend themselves from.

The exhorbitant fines are usually fabricated by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), ie., the $750,000.00 fine in this case.
