Charlotte I. Bolin Taylor passed away on May 2, 2014, in Sacramento, Calif. She was born in 1923 in South Dakota. She attended Heald Business College in Sacramento and married Charles Taylor in 1943. She was executive secretary to the base commanders at McClellan AFB for more than 30 years until retiring in the 1980s. The Taylors moved to Pollock Pines, where they enjoyed many friends and social events.
Charlotte is survived by her loving son, Byron Taylor; daughter-in-law, Mary; and grandchildren, Nathan, Keswick and Braydon. She is also survived by her dear friend, Botsie; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; and parents, Oliver Glenn and Hazel Carr Bolin.
