Feb. 7, 1917 — Oct. 30, 2012
Elizabeth Craigie Ward, 95, former resident of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, passed away Oct. 30, 2012, in her home in Placerville, Calif. She was born Feb. 7, 1917, in Cumberland Mills, Maine, the daughter of George W. and Glenna MacQuarrie Craigie.
Elizabeth is survived by her sister, Anne C. Smith of Weston, Fla.; her two daughters, Judith W. Oppenheimer of Hilton Head, S.C., and Susan Ward-Baldwin of Placerville, Calif.; two grandsons; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.

Susan and Judy, I are very sad to learn of Aunt Betty's demise. I have wonderful memories of lobster dinners with your father steaming them on the grill outside and sitting with your Mother in the "music room" with the gretchen? at her footstool. She was a wonderful Aunt, and I will miss her greatly. I hope we can see each other in the near future. All my love, Jeff
