Henry passed peacefully at home on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, from advanced melanoma cancer. He was born in Lawrence, Mass., to Felix and Mary Garcia. His 40-year career with Pacific Gas and Electric began in the early 1960s, leading him from San Francisco to San Jose and eventually he settled in Placerville in 1978. He is survived by his siblings, Ann and Ed; son, Henry Joseph; niece, Rena; nephew, Tiler; and great-niece, Hope; not to mention countless extended family and friends who shared his journey through life.
