Janyce L. Stymeist

June 2, 1935 – Feb. 8, 2013

Full of Faith and Fun

Jan was born in Hollywood, California and grew up in the Los Angeles area. She met her true love, Bill Stymeist, in the 7th grade and they were married several years later. In search of an ideal place to raise a family, Bill and Jan moved to Placerville where they owned and operated “B & J Auto Body” for 25 years. After Bill passed away in 1998, Jan filled her time serving others.

Jan is survived by her children Steve Stymeist, Denyse Marshall, Colleen Wood, Melody Winje, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A celebration of her life will take place at 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 3rd, 2013 at Cold Springs Community Church, 2600 Cold Springs Rd, Placerville, CA 95667
