Joel A. Porter, loving husband, father, brother and friend, passed away June 24, 2014. He was a graduate of U.C. Berkeley. He is survived by Karen, his loving wife of 42 years; sons, Zachary (Marina), Joshua and Nathan; his grandchildren, Austin, Aurora, Iris and Nathaniel; his sister, Yvonne; and many nieces and nephews. He worked at Marshall Medical Center as a Respiratory Care Practitioner for 29 years. Joel was an avid golfer and a SF Giants super fan. He loved Hawaii and all it offered.
A private memorial service is planned for the future. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Snowline Hospice. Joel, you will be missed. Aloha and Mahalo.
