Nov. 3, 1933 — June 28, 2012

John Delmar Wilson, Sr., of Somerset, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, June 28, 2012. He was a resident of Somerset for 30 years. He was preceded in death by his son, John Wilson Jr. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Ann B. Wilson; son, Don Wilson; and grandchildren, John Wilson III, Kevin Wilson, Crystal Wilson and Justin Wilson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

Friends and family are welcome to attend the viewing on Monday, July 2, from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral will be held Tuesday, July 3, at 2 p.m. Both will be at the North Sacramento Funeral Home, 725 East El Camino Ave., in Sacramento. Internment will follow at the Placerville Union Cemetery at 4 p.m.
