John T. Pettyjohn was born in Berkeley, Calif., on June 10, 1947, and passed away on Nov. 24, 2012 in Camino, Calif. He was preceeded in death by his mother, Mary Pettyjohn; and his brother, Robert Pettyjohn. He is survived by his father, John R. Pettyjohn; his brother, Philip Pettyjohn; and his sisters, Lynda Alustiza, Mary Rose and Namara Pettyjohn.
John T. served two years in the Army based in Germany and was a residential plumber, jack-of-all-trades and a Master Craftsman. He was the essence of “cool,” a chivalrous hero to all who loved him. He was a passionate Harley rider, a true free spirit and devoted family member. He will be missed by all.
A private family memorial will be held.
