Mark Freeman Adams

Aug. 17, 1953 — Sept. 1, 2013

Mark Freeman Adams was born in South Gate, Calif., on Aug. 17, 1953, and grew up in Lake Tahoe. He was taken suddenly in a vehicular accident in Shingle Springs on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013.

Mark was the loving husband of Wendy Adams. Together they shared a very caring family, including sons, Noel Adams (Mary Lou), Tyler Kerr (deceased) and Kyle Kerr (Dani); and twins, Dexter and Simone Adams. He was an amazing Grandpa to Whittaker, Nina  and Lily. He is survived also by his parents, Ralph and Nadine Adams; and his sisters, Aileen Florentz and Leann (Dale) Heitzman.

Mark was a tenacious lover of life. His interests included motocross, boats and water sports. Everything he did was taken to a higher standard, which is why he was a favorite of his clients at his welding shop in Shingle Springs.

A memorial service for Mark will be held at Light of The Hills Lutheran Church, 3100 Rodeo Road in Cameron Park, Calif., on Friday, Sept. 13, at 3 p.m.
