Norman Allen Sharp, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on June 22, 1935, passed away on April 23, 2013, at home with his family and loved ones by his side. His family moved to the Sacramento area in the late 40s, where he gradated from McClatchy high School in 1954 and joined the U.S. Air Force. After 10 years in the Air Force, he moved his family to the Placerville area. He worked at Michigan California Lumber Co. until he retired in May 2000.
Norm loved hunting, fishing, camping and reading a good book. He mostly loved having family around him. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Alberta Jean; four children; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren, with another on the way that we didn’t know about yet.
Thank you to all family and friends who helped us celebrate his life.
