Ray Phillips passed away suddenly at home in El Dorado. A loving husband and father, he is survived by his wife of 59 years, Barbara; sons, Jerry of Cameron Park and Glen of Valencia, Calif.; and six grandchildren, Jenny, Leslie, Kevin, Austin, Cameron and Grant.
Most of Ray’s working life was spent in Burbank, Calif., where he and Barbara raised their family. After retiring, they moved to El Dorado, where they lived for 17 years. They enjoyed traveling and their many pets. In lieu of flowers please make donations to PAWED in Shingle Springs.
