Roxanna passed away Monday, March 18, 2013, after suffering a heart attack. She was born Dec. 6, 1956, to Lela Mae Carter and Arthur Brown in Port Hueneme, Calif. She worked for H & R Block as a tax professional for 24 years and had recently became an enrolled agent. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle, shopping, going on vacation, spending time with her family and helping others. She was a great person with a heart of gold and would do anything asked and never expect anything in return.
Roxanna is survived and remembered by her mother, Lela Mae Carter; her fathers, Art Brown (and his wife, Judy) and John Carter; her siblings, Doug, Terry, Carleen, Johnny, Kelly, Evalyn and Lester; her daughters, Charlie Anne, Samantha and Mandy; her four grandchildren; and her companion, Jerry Karr.
A service will be held at the Green Valley Church on April 26 at 1 p.m.
