Virgil D. Snyder, 81 of Greenwood, Calif., passed away March 5, 2014 in Cool, Calif. He was born to Robert and Floy Snyder Oct. 11, 1932, in Van Hook, N.D. He is survived by his daughter, Chandra Coe; sons, Cordon and Chris; brother, Roy; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson. He was preceded in death by his son, Curtis.
Virgil loved fishing and spent his time during fishing season on his boat fishing the local lakes.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., on April 4, at Green Valley Mortuary, located at Green Valley Road and Bass Lake roads in Rescue, Calif. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society.
