Wendell J. Daly, born in Reedsburg, Wis., on April 21, 1927, passed away on Jan. 14, 2013, in Cameron Park, Calif. He graduated from Reedsburg High School and was inducted into the armed services during World War II, serving in Italy. He graduated Madison College and retired from Libby Foods in 1982 after 30 years.
Wendell was the beloved husband of 55 years to Ann Pat. He is greatly missed by his children, Michael and Trish; grandson, Luke; and other family members. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and landscaping. He will be forever loved and missed by all who knew him.
Memorial services at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, Calif., on Jan. 25, at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Wendell’s honor to your favorite charity or to Snowline Hospice in Diamond Springs.
