The American River Nature Center is having a Homeschool Tuesday Spring Program for students ages 6-10.
The programs will take place every third Tuesday of the month, January to May from 10:15 a.m. to noon. at the American River Nature Center, 348 Highway 49 in Coloma.
To register and to get program fee details contact Lindsay Raber at 530-621-1224 or e-mail lindsay@arconservancy.org.
We accept school vouchers from several charter schools; including South Sutter, American River Charter, Twin Ridges, Vision Charter School and Horizon Charter School.
For more than 20 years, the American River Conservancy has offered standards-based, hands-on environmental education programs for students pre-kindergarten to high school.
This year, the conservancy is excited to share some of its popular school field trips with homeschool students. All programs include a 1-hour Nature Center program and a unique 45-minute hike.
