Artists go pop

Blue Line, 405 Vernon St. in Roseville, is exhibiting “Pop! Goes the Art” through April 13.

Inspiration for “Pop! Goes the Art” will draw from popular culture of the 21st century. Artists will utilize everything from news headlines, to the latest YouTube sensations, to the products that line store shelves and channel their inner Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein to create pop-art inspired pieces.

Featured artists: Amy Amini, Samuel Bassett, Jeffery Beckerleg, David Bogus, Brandon Borjon, Katherine Cooksey, Colleen Giorgi, Don Hall, Diane Honegger, Lang Lew, Susan Mahan, Nicholas Mancillas, Kate Marsh, Kelly McIntosh, Eric Miller, Patrushka Mitchell, Carilyn Moyer, Lou Peterson, John Reilly, Manuel Fernando Rios, Drew Shade, Mario Sotelo, Samuel Swanson, Tom Swearingen and Roy Tatman.
