I see that the Mt. Democrat is still publishing all of Cahill’s memos. Where to begin, I asked the esteemed general manager to consider several actual senior programs this month and was told by the gm that the CSD had tried several things once and they weren’t working so why discuss how to make them work. With Cahill failure is not only an option in to many cases it is the only option. As to all of the “senior programs” yes coffee tea and friends and the movie are directed to seniors but all of the other programs that Cahill claims are for seniors are open to anyone. Get it, seniors could form a little league team or take up soccer. According to Cahill these would then be senior events. Oh and for excepting failure Cahill gets $100,000 per year, works 10.5 months per year and is accountable to know one as per Greg Stanton, Scott McNeil and Sean Tucker.
