Muench frequently travels to remote locations to create paintings and just returned from a six-day Sierra backcountry painting trip.
Some of these studies, as well as large works and limited edition prints will be on display during his open studio weekend at his home in the Ruhenstroth neighborhood, 1876 Arabian Lane in Gardnerville, Nev., on Saturday and Sunday, June 28 and 29 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
