Celebrate Christmas at El Dorado Hills Town Center with Santa, carriage rides, community performances and Toys for Tots.
Meet Santa at the California Welcome Center on Post Street next to Cold Stone Creamery at the EDH Town Center.
Through Christmas Eve, Santa Claus will be spending time there, spreading holiday cheer. Families are invited to visit with Santa to share wish lists and to take a picture, with photo packages starting at $12.99.
Town Center will be hosting a series of community performances, “Saturdays in December,” Dec. 8, 15, and 22 with two performances at noon and 2 p.m. in the Steven Young Amphitheater. Activities will include music, DJ and face painting from noon to 3 p.m.,weather permitting.
Enjoy the beautiful lights and holiday scenery at Town Center from a horse-drawn carriage on Fridays and Saturdays: Dec. 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 and 22, from 6 to 9 p.m. Proceeds from the carriage rides benefit two non-profits — Big Brothers Big Sisters and Hands 4 Hope.
The 49th annual Santa Run Grand Finale happens at El Dorado Hills Town Center Sunday, Dec. 16. Santa will be arriving at 6 p.m, and guests are invited to come out and have some cookies and hot chocolate while waiting.
The El Dorado Hills Firefighters Association will be collecting canned food and unwrapped toys for the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots at Town Center
Town Center businesses are collecting for the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots through the El Dorado Hills Firefighters Association through Dec. 10. Donate an unwrapped toy at one of the participating businesses.
