The first one was held in late February to support some of the junior proms held in March, and the encore event scheduled for Saturday, March 23, is geared more towards seniors.
The Snowline Hospice team thanks the very generous community members for responding to its plea for prom dress donations.
“We can always use more but we now have many beautiful dresses set aside for this event,” Laurine Burns Estreito, Snowline retail operations, said.
Each prom dress will be offered at a bargain price of $20 with a student ID card and $25 without.
Shoes, handbags, jewelry and accessories will also be available to complete an evening ensemble.
This is a perfect opportunity to find an outfit for a prom or a special night on the town.
The Folsom Thrift Store is located at 616 E. Bidwell St. in Folsom. The prom dress sale is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
