Kelly Osborne went on a scavenger hunt through Placerville. Along the way, she encountered family, roses and a clue as to where her next location would be. The hunt ended with James Kohlstedt on one knee. He proposed and she accepted.

Kelly Osborne and James Kohlstedt, both of Placerville, are planning a June wedding in 2015.
The bride-elect is the daughter of William and Rebecca King. She is a waitress.
The groom-elect is the son of Jane and Buck Kohlstedt. He is a student/counselor.
The wedding will be held in Cameron Park.
