The Fabulous Liars bring their unique style of rock ‘n’ roll to The Liars Bench, 255 Main St. in Placerville, on Friday, Feb. 1 at 9 p.m. It is a perfect match.

“The Fabulous Liars at The Liars Bench. We’ve been looking forward to playing there for a long time,” said Ed Wilson, one of the guitarists for the band.

“Matter of fact, we took band photos in front of The Liars Bench during our photo shoot in downtown Placerville over a year ago,” he added. “We’re excited to play there and we hope everyone can join us.”

The Placerville-based five-piece band plays regularly at area venues and beyond, including several performances last summer at the California State Fair.

Playing tunes from all decades of rock, The Fabulous Liars specialize in “classic rock rarely heard” — songs by famous bands and artists that haven’t been done over and over again. The group also plays hits from yesterday and today.

The evening will be high-energy with great songs, great harmonies and fun from The Fabulous Liars according to Wilson.
