Fall events are happening at Tahoe’s Montbleu

By From page B7 | October 05, 2012

MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa has plenty of entertainment lined up through fall.

Raise your stein, prepare for the polka, have a sausage with kraut and down ice cold German lagers, Saturday, Oct. 6 when MontBleu takes its traditional European turn at Oktoberfest.

Day and nighttime festivities include music, dance and traditional German food and brew samplings.

The 34th annual Freaker’s Ball returns with a wild night full of surreal costume get-ups that are guaranteed to make more than a few heads spin returns to MontBleu with Lake Tahoe’s legendary Halloween event, Saturday, Oct. 27.

Partygoers will find all the flair, farce, crack-ups and contests that give the Freaker’s Ball its attitude.

This year MontBleu will unleash new venues including The Haunted Zone and Party Pit to add to the already outrageous lineup of exotic go-go dancers, spooked-out decor, freakish cocktail concoctions and the funky fashion costume contest with a $10,000 purse.

Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased online at montbleuresort.com, ticketmaster.com or by calling 888-829-7630.
