By From page B3 | March 15, 2013

New Man’s Karate is providing a Women’s Self-Defense Seminar that is now free to the public on Tuesday, March 19 and Thursday, March 21 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Learn realistic street-smart survival skills through effective hands-on self-defense training. You will learn and develop proven life-saving hand-to-hand combatives — no fluff or experimental techniques that won’t work, according to organizers.

This class is open to any woman, 14 and up, who is serious about taking responsibility for her own safety.

The first 20 women to RSVP for this class are free.

RSVP by calling 530-622-2330, contact [email protected], or stop by at 4568 Missouri Flat Road in Placerville.
