LAUREN MURPHY

Findleton Estate Winery, 3500 Carson Road in Camino, presents Garratt Wilkin and Lauren Murphy in a night of harmonies, award-winning songs and rock favorites on Friday, Feb. 28 from 6-9 p.m.

It is always a fun time hanging out with entertainers Wilkin and Murphy. These two are a natural fit with their harmony vocals and song stylings. They will be playing originals from both of their vast catalogs as well as rock and roll favorites in a night not to be missed.

Findleton Estate Winery and Vineyard is a small, family-owned boutique style winery. Voted “Best Kept Secret in El Dorado County” Findleton Estate Winery strives to produce high quality wines at affordable prices.

Visitors can taste the 14 varietals of award-winning wines of Tom Findleton in the tasting room.

Known as front man for the nation’s best Jimmy Buffett tribute band, The Parrothead  Wilkin’s craft, personality and energy simply makes people smile. Just returning from a successful tour of Washington and Montana, Wilkin brings his stellar vocals and impeccable guitar picking, home to El Dorado County.

Award-winning performer and Camino resident, Murphy is best known for her work with ZERO (Steve Kimock, Judge Murphy) and Lansdale Station, but is making quite an impact with her recent solo compositions.

Having performed with some of the industry’s best, she has quickly become a county favorite with her new poignant songs “El Dorado,” “Snow on the Dogwoods,” “Sweet Louisa” and “Texas Ellen.”

Compared to Gillian Welch, Emmy Lou Harris and Grace Slick, with the passion of Janis Joplin, Murphy is unlike anyone. She is currently in studio recording her fourth record with Grammy-nominated producer Mooka Rennick of Prairie Sun Recording.

All ages are welcome to the concert.
