Burke Junction, 3300 Coach Lane in Cameron Park, invites one and all to celebrate Halloween during the month of October.
Train rides on the Burke Junction Train, haunted houses, trick or treating and a Halloween party are scheduled at the center.
Every Friday and Saturday night from Friday, Oct. 12 to Wednesday, Oct. 31, kids can ride the Boo Junction Train between 4:30 and 7 p.m.
Also beginning on Oct. 12 and running through Oct. 31 is the Haunted House. The house is open from 7 to 11 p.m. and is sponsored by America Screams. A portion of the proceeds from the haunted house is benefiting child abuse prevention.
On Saturday, Oct. 27, Burke Junction presents its first Halloween Party. The fun begins at 5 p.m. Be sure to come in your favorite costume and dance the night away to the band 3!. There will be prizes for the best costume awarded at 8:30 p.m.
On Halloween night, Wednesday, Oct .31, children can trick or treat at the junction from 4;30 to 7 p.m.
