From page B3 | December 07, 2012 |

Christmas at Burke Junction, 3300 Coach Lane in Cameron Park, on Saturday, Dec. 8 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. will offer a day filled with family fun and the train running all day.

Start the day with a ride on the Burke Junction train. After the ride have the camera ready to capture that special visit with Santa that includes a free treat for the children. Also for fun, kids can take home a favorite animal or character shaped balloon.

There will be music by the Barrett Tone Singers, visits with Mother and Father Christmas, face painting and a puppet show provided by Christopher’s Musical Marionettes.

The old west “Legends and Liars” group of cowboy stunt men will be entertaining visitors throughout the day.

For the shoppers check out the many crafters and vendor booths that will have something for everyone including an array of wonderful Christmas gift options, homemade treats and more.

While strolling through the junction enjoy the music and fun times and be sure to visit the fine restaurants, wonderful shops and galleries.
