Learn how to haunt for Halloween

Learn the art of ghost hunting from two of Sacramento’s premier ghost hunters.

Dave and Ann Bender of the California Haunts Paranormal Investigation Team will be teaching ghost hunting classes at the Learning Exchange, 1111 Howe Ave., Suite 115, in Sacramento, on Saturday, Oct. 27. The first class from 10 a.m. to noon, will focus on the history of ghost theory, ghost hunting and spirit communication.

Students will also learn the process, types of equipment used, application techniques and the various roles of the team. Discover the different types of haunting, the do’s and dont’s for an investigation and the potential dangers involved.

In the second class from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., learn about local and well-known haunts and about the art of dowsing. The team will also talk about its own experiences investigating and share some stories.
