Michael Connor
is playing an all acoustic set at Zia’s, 312 Main St. in Placerville, on Saturday, Jan. 12 from 7 to 9 p.m.

This talented folksinger and West Virgina native will grace Zia’s back room with his soothing musical stylings. His blend of acoustic guitar finger picking and ballads include originals as well as covers from the era of Dylan; Cohen; Peter, Paul, and Mary; Paul Simon; Gordon Lightfoot; and many others.

Connor was a regular favorite with his
heartfelt renditions of classics from the past. His sound is similar to Cat Stevens, James Taylor and others of that singer/songwriter genre. His voice pulls the audience in and his style tells a story.

Stop in for a glass of wine, relax in the candlelit setting and enjoy a magical evening with Connor.

There is no cover charge with a purchase. Beer, wine and light fare are available for the evening.
