Take a thrilling 11-mile ride down the South Fork of the American River on Monday, June 25 to benefit the arts camp.
Starting at Henningsen/Lotus Park, 950 Lotus Road in Lotus, rafters will meet at 11:30 a.m. The rafts leave at noon.
This is a class III ride and perfect for beginners and experienced.
Reservations are required and can be made by contacting Kathi at 530-626-6323 or register online at sugarloafstationfoundation.org.
The cost is $60 per person or $325 for a full boat with six people per boat. All rafters must be 8 years of age or older.
All proceeds benefit the Sugarloaf Station Foundation, to support the El Dorado County Sugarloaf Fine Arts Camp youth program.
The trip is made possible by the generous donation of the American Whitewater Rafting Association.
