Sierra Symphony presents annual concert

By From page B7 | December 06, 2013

The Sierra Symphony invites the community to join in celebrating this treasured holiday season with a concert on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 7 p.m., at Edwin Markham School, 2800 Moulton Drive in Placerville.

The orchestra under the direction of Roy Fulmer will present a lively program of traditional Christmas carols plus new additions from popular Christmas movies and television favorites.

No Christmas concert would be complete without the ever-rousing and joyous “Hallelujah Chorus” with audience participation always welcome.

Refreshments will be available for purchase at intermission. A bake sale and small silent auction will take place as well.

Tickets are available at the door for $15 adults, all children admitted free.
