State Fair announces entertainment

California State Fair is excited to announce the free entertainment every night during the 2014 State Fair, July 11-27 at Cal Expo, 1600 Exposition Blvd. in Sacramento.

This year the Toyota Concert Series offers concerts from a multitude of genres including rhythm & blues, country, classic rock, Top 40 pop and tribute bands, with something for every fair-goer.

All 15 concerts and two nights of auditions during the State Fair are free with fair admission. Each concert will begin at 8 p.m. and seating is available on a first come, first served basis.

Monday, July 14 — Hinder
Tuesday, July 15 — Chance to Audition for America’s game “Wheel of Fortune”
Wednesday, July 16 — Chance to audition for America’s game “Wheel of Fortune”
Thursday, July 17 — The Spinners
Friday, July 18,  Joan Jett and the Blackhearts
Saturday, July 19 — Queen Nation (Queen Tribute)
Sunday, July 20 — America
Monday, July 21 — Bret Michaels
Tuesday, July 22 — Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo
Wednesday, July 23 — Blackjack Billy and Jana Kramer
Thursday, July 24 — MercyMe
Friday, July 25 — The Whispers
Saturday, July 26 — Trick Pony
Sunday, July 27 — Blaze of Glory (Bon Jovi Tribute)

Up front, exclusive VIP Gold Circle seating is available in advance for an additional fee. Gold Circle seating ranges between $14-$22 per seat.
