Apassionato means passion. It is also the name for a new event set for Saturday, Oct. 27 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Serrano Country Club in El Dorado Hills.
Sponsored by the El Dorado Arts Council and open to the public, the signature event includes a reception, dinner and live auction.
Guest will bid on original art and premier experiences including a seven-night Cancun vacation at the Royal Sands luxury resort, a San Francisco yacht sailing adventure and lots more.
CBS broadcast journalist Ed Crane will be the master of ceremonies for the evening.
Proceeds from the event will support EDAC’s Arts in Education programs.
Tickets are $100 and are available for purchase online, by telephone or at the door.
