Art works will be for sale. Some artists will do demonstrations of their specialty.
The tour is self-guided; a map will guide attendees from one location to another throughout the day.
Maps may be picked up online at talart.org or at TAL Art Center, 3062 Highway 50 in South Lake Tahoe.
Local renowned artists included on the tour are watercolorist Lady Jill Mueller, oil and watercolorist Dave Russo, marble sculptor David Foster, oil painter Kit Knight, and dye-on-silk painter and watercolorist Nina Major.
The Tahoe Art League was formed in 1964. TAL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting fine art and art education in the community.
TAL provides a free monthly art demonstration for the public, ongoing workshops and classes, operates two art galleries, exhibits and sells art throughout town, participates in numerous summer outdoor shows, provides art scholarships to aspiring young artists, and has activities for all ages, needs and talents.
