Daniel Tosh at Montbleu

Even though the holiday season is a few months out, the punch bowl will be spiked with plenty of one-liners and laughs in December when MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa brings back the hilarious antics of comedian Daniel Tosh for a one-night-only performance, Dec. 15.

The stand-up comedian and television host of the wildly-popular “Comedy Central” video clip show, Tosh.0, will make his second Lake Tahoe appearance in the MontBleu Theater.

Tosh.0 premiered June 2009 and continues to be all the rage on “Comedy Central.” The weekly, topical series takes on everything the Internet has to offer through comedian Tosh’s sarcastic and biting point-of-view.

Every week, Tosh pushes the envelope with his spinning commentary about blogs and vlogs both popular and obscure, tweets and pokes, popular sites and new technologies.

MontBleu is also home for holiday entertainment and ski season revelry, counting down to 2013:

The 11th annual Tahoe Adventure Film Festival offers a spectacular and fast paced, high energy series of films that premiere, Saturday, Dec. 8 at MontBleu. The spectrum of heart-pounding sports include wing suit base jumping, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, rock climbing, skating and mountain biking. Many of the segments are exclusive edits including previews of movies that have not yet been released. The main event commences at 7 p.m. showcasing glimpses from the best action sports films of the year.

MontBleu will host its popular New Year’s Eve Pool Party at Onsen Beach & Nightclub with contests, DJ and poolside aerialists. MontBleu also has its annual Nightclub Party — three-parties-in-one— Opal Ultra Lounge, blu nightclub and the 14,000 sq. ft. convention center for high-spirited revelry to ring in the New Year. Expect live music, free party favors, champagne, go-go dancers and body painting all night/morning long.

Tickets are now on sale for Daniel Tosh and can be purchased online at montbleuresort.com, ticketmaster.com or by calling 888-829-7630.
