Fun is afoot at Rainbow Orchards, 2569 Larsen Drive in Camino.
On Saturday, Sept. 15 the 14th annual Teddy Bears’ Picnic sets up under the apple trees between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The magical day is filled with games, on-stage performances, petting zoo, a teddy bears’ parade, face painting, bounce house and other amusements.
The Teddy Bears’ Parade is at 1 p.m. and all bears and their owners are invited to participate.
A project of Family Connections El Dorado, the Teddy Bears’ Picnic offers healthy, inexpensive fun and entertainment for everyone.
There is no admission charge and all activities and food are priced for families. Parking is free.
Family Connections El Dorado is a non-profit public benefit organization whose mission is to strengthen families and enrich communities.
The family resource center provides parenting classes, counseling services, early intervention for children with developmental delays, early care and support for new parents and youth development programs.
Bring your favorite teddy and expect to have a “beary” wonderful day at the Teddy Bears’ Picnic on Saturday, Sept. 15 at Rainbow Orchards.
