Placerville Friends of Tibet is happy to announce that a group of nuns in the Theravadan “Forest Monastery” tradition of Ajahn Chah will be visiting Placerville on Friday, Dec. 13 and Saturday, Dec. 14 to share teachings and to continue their search for a new home for their monastery in the foothills of El Dorado County or environs.
