The Placerville Downtown Association is presenting Banners on Parade on Main Street through Oct. 20. This event will feature painted banners on the light posts on Main Street. A walking tour map of these artful pieces will be available at several Main Street locations. At the end of the show, the banners will be auctioned on Oct. 20 at the Art and Wine Festival.
