Gold Country Artists Gallery, 379 Main St. in Placerville, through July 6, is featuring popular photographer, Mike Ryan. His unique photography captures images and ideas in original and creative statements. Also featured this month are jeweler Annette Shachner who creates designs with silver clay and abstract painter Isabella Jeanette Ryder who works with acrylic, oils and ink tense watercolor pens and woven forms. The cooperative gallery of 50 local professional artists is open daily from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. with extended hours until 9 p.m. for Third Saturday Art Walk on June 21 and until 8:30 p.m. Friday evenings through the summer.
