Three Stages One Night to benefit students

The community is invited to support Folsom Lake College students and enjoy an exclusive unforgettable evening at the same time, as a Three Stages, One Night benefit event will be held Saturday, Aug. 18, starting at 7 p.m.

Three Stages, One Night: Tuxedo Junction will be both the party of the year and a benefit for the Folsom Lake College Foundation — with proceeds supporting student programs.

Performing at Three Stages, One Night: Tuxedo Junction will be The Manhattan Transfer. Winner of eight Grammy Awards and countless Grammy nominations, The Manhattan Transfer wows audiences all over the world with their impeccable vocal work and deft taste in musical material.

Tickets for the event are $150 (50 percent of the ticket price is tax-deductible) and dress is black tie.

The evening begins at 7 p.m. with red carpets and a champagne reception, followed by The Manhattan Transfer performing at 8 p.m. Post-event festivities begin at 9:30pm, including food, wine, and a variety of live music and entertainers in every venue Three Stages has to offer.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet artists and experience Three Stages like never before.

The event’s presenting sponsor is Wells Fargo. Director sponsors are Comcast, Claudia and William Cummings, Sam Spiegel and Catherine Siino, Folsom Lake Bank, William Altavilla/Green Oak Consulting Group, and Pinebrook Village. Conductor sponsors are Donna and Gregory Burke, Kaiser Permanente, Michele McCormick Photography, InterWest Insurance Services, Dennis Rogers, and Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld, LLP.

Participating wineries include David Girard Vineyards, Miraflores Winery, Grace Patriot Wines, Madroña Vineyards, Narrow Gate Vineyards, Boeger Winery, and Perry Creek Winery. Restaurants include Bidwell Street Bistro, Fat’s Asia Bistro, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Ruffhaus Hot Dog Co., and Visconti’s Ristorante.
