The bride is the daughter of Steve and Cheri Hill of Shingle Springs.
The groom is the son of the late James and Sharon Nelson of Prince George, British Columbia.
The wedding was held at Crawford’s Barn in Sacramento. Michael Hill officiated the ceremony. The bride was given away by her parents. Live music was provided by Eric and Stefan Haynes, Kaylie Hanna and DJ by Gabriel Sosa of DJ Chango.
The maid of honor was Heather White of Elk Grove. The bridesmaid was Lacy Eccel of Sacramento.
The best man was Colin Christner, brother to the groom, from Pollock Pines. The groom’s attendant was Nicole Axworthy, best friend of the groom, of Prince George.
The bride and groom honeymooned at Sorensen’s Resort in Hope Valley.
The couple will reside in Sacramento.
According to Cheri Hill, “It was the most beautiful wedding ever and a wonderful New Year’s Eve party.”
