Tami Van Veldhuizen of Camino and Kristof Christner of Pollock Pines were married on Saturday, July 7.
The bride is the daughter of Kevin and Terri Van Veldhuizen of Camino. The groom is the son of Jim and Michelle Munson of Pollock Pines and John and Susan Christner of Kingman, Ariz.
The wedding was held at the Sierra Springs Lodge in Pollock Pines. Jim Munson officiated the ceremony. The bride was given away by Kevin Van Veldhuizen.
The maid of honor was Rachael Smart, sister of the bride, from Camino. The best man was Colin Christner, brother to the groom, from Pollock Pines.
The wedding reception was also held at he lodge. After the reception, the couple went camping in Winters, and then traveled to San Francisco and Sana Cruz for their honeymoon.
The couple now resides in Pollock Pines. The bride and groom work with special needs children.
